Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Last updated:

Our Commitment

wristsshcleansin is committed to full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. We respect your consumer rights and ensure all our products and services meet Australian standards.

Your Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have automatic rights when you purchase goods or services. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

What are my rights if a product is faulty?

If a product has a major fault, you have the right to choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we will repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund. We will never charge you for fixing a problem covered by consumer guarantees.

What is a major fault?

A major fault is when a product has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you'd known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, or doesn't do what we said it would do and can't easily be fixed.

How long do consumer guarantees last?

Consumer guarantees apply for a reasonable time depending on the product. For our decor items, this typically means the product should last for the period you would reasonably expect it to last based on its price, quality, and how it's described.

What if I change my mind?

If you simply change your mind, you don't have automatic rights under the ACL. However, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Product Guarantees

All our products come with guarantees that:
