Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have automatic consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.
If you simply change your mind, you don't have automatic rights under Australian Consumer Law. However, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation included.

To initiate a return, please contact us at notifyuse@wristsshcleansin.world or call +61 450 291 722. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number. Please include this number with your return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or defective item, please contact us immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. This applies regardless of any warranty period.
A major fault means the product would have stopped you from buying it if you'd known about the problem, is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or doesn't do what we said it would do. For major faults, you can choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we will repair or replace the item.
